A Song at Twilight |

A Song at Twilight Reading - One Night Only! Noel Coward’s heart-breaking final play is given a reading at The Rhino, starring Giles Havergal in Coward’s most autobiographical role. Hugo Latymer is a world famous writer who has clawed his way to the top, leaving much bitterness in his wake. Carlotta is a former lover who knows secrets of his past which will make for a scathing memoir. Havergal (Scrooge in ACT’s A Christmas Carol) joins Rhino regulars Libby O’Connell (Philanderer, Medea: The Musical, Beautiful Child) and Enrique Vallejo (Bent and Medea), and Rhino newcomer Trish Tillman (What the Butler Saw) in this comedy-drama about fame, infamy and the ever presence of the past. A Song at Twilight is Coward’s only openly gay text. Press Release (PDF) with complete production Information Press Release (MS Word) with complete production Information |
